本首聖詩歸於聖安波羅修，用於三時禱（Terce，大約早上九點）。這首聖詩非常適合用於此時段，因為五旬節，在此時，聖靈降臨在使徒們身上（使徒行傳2:15）。

- 《羅馬日課經》有不同的榮耀頌作為結束：Praesta, Pater piissime,/ Patrique compar Unice,/ cum Spiritu Paraclito/ regnans per omne saeculum。這也是紐曼樞機所翻譯的。很多拉丁時辰祈禱之中，很多聖詩都是以此為結束，此榮耀頌，最早可以追溯到8世紀。 ↩
这个救主易容修会，是否是芜湖的圣爱女修道院？曾听闻五十年代仍有几名年长的修女，应当是国内曾经属基督教教派的唯一修道会？
不確定，我只是有這個資料，沒有考證過這個修會具體是哪裡的。寫的是安慶轄境。
